Cancellation Policy
I value your time and appreciate your commitment to booking with me. In order to provide all of my clients with the best possible service, I kindly ask that you give me at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. If you do cancel an existing appointment, the deposit can be applied to a future service.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and are charged 25% of the service price. Additionally will forfeit the ability to book online: will be put on a walk in basis or future appointments may require full prepayment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. The full service fee will still apply.
I understand that life happens and emergencies occur. Please communicate with me as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and support!
